Futura Financial Services, an accounting firm based in Bloemfontein, is a small company with big potential. It aims to be a one-stop service for its clients – a firm where clients can find help and guidance with all their financial needs.

Joanita Coetzee’s husband founded the company in 2003, and since his untimely passing last year, she has taken the reins and poured her focus into the company on a full-time basis. She has been building and expanding the company by creating close relationships with clients and service providers, offering her clients the best possible solutions to their individual business challenges.

The pandemic also afforded Coetzee the opportunity to fully focus on the company by continuing to build the legacy her husband left behind. She is currently also studying part- time towards her master’s degree in business administration. She believes this will help the company reach new heights and enable it to offer even better advice and guidance to clients.

The Futura Financial Services team is currently made up of a small group of women who strive to make a difference in the lives of their clients. Coetzee is a registered chartered accountant and tax practitioner, Liezel Grobler is Coetzee’s personal assistant as well as the office manager, Leonora Smith is the office clerk, while Lydia Mosase is responsible for the housekeeping of the office.

The team’s members believe even though accounting is all about numbers, they do not treat a client as another number, they treat every client as a person who matters.

The company lives by the motto “Access your future profits today”, and therefore its passion runs deep for helping clients reach their desired financial goals.

The aim is to make each client feel as if they are the firm’s only client. Personal attention, care and integrity are the core values of the company.
